When was the last time you tested your Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plan? When was the last time, you even looked at your plans? Get started by updating the "easy" stuff (contacts, locations, teams). Then break the plan out into logical segments, and address each section periodically. Put reminders on the DR Team's calendars. When testing your plan, make the event as fun and interesting as possible. Schedule fun, food, personnel bonding games, and system cross training. Create rewards and acknowledgements for jobs done well.
